Is it free to list my business?
Yes. Every business gets a free Basic Listing. Paid promotional options are available if you'd like additional visibility.
How long does approval take?
Most submissions are reviewed within a couple of business days. You'll see your listing appear in the directory once approved.
Can I edit my listing after it's published?
Listing edits and business-owner accounts (including claiming) are coming soon. For now, contact us to make changes.
How do promotions work?
Paid promotions (Featured Business, Homepage Spotlight, etc.) run for a set duration after purchase and are only shown as “featured” while active and within their date range.
Do you serve towns outside Essex County?
Not yet — the platform is built to expand to neighboring counties in the future.
